Fertilization + Irrigation: Requires more irrigation and fertilization than other varietals.
Color: Darkest green of any grass varietal.

Weather tolerance: Doesn’t tolerate deep cold winters.
Traffic: Moderate hardiness to foot traffic.
Texture: Has a medium blade texture as a stand-alone grass. Can be blended for finer texture.
